Call for Papers

Dear Sir/Madam,

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that Engineering College, Bikaner in joint auspices of Condensed Matter Research Society is going to organize 4th International Conference on Condensed Matter & Applied Physics during 09-10 Oct, 2023 in hybrid mode.

ICC-2023 will play a significant role in generating awareness about the potential of new technologies of Condensed Matter & Applied Physics. The objective of ICC-2023 is to bring together experts from industries, academia, R & D institutions and other user communities on a common platform to discuss and share their expertise and experiences.

We invite you along with your esteemed colleagues for the contribution of papers and active participation in the conference. Kindly disseminate the information to the persons engaged in research in your organization and encourage them to contribute papers and participate in the conference.

Authors are being invited to submit their Original research papers previously unpublished, not currently under review by another conference or journal. All submissions will be subjected to at least two blind reviews. Acceptance will be based entirely on quality, relevance and originality. Only abstract can also be submitted in case publication are not required. The topics of the conference include, but are not limited to:

However the research ideas from relevant and related areas are also welcome. At least one author must be registered for each paper. Prospective authors are invited to submit their abstract and full length papers in MS doc before 30-Sep-2023.

The accepted papers will be published online as a conference proceeding in AIP/JCM.

How to Participate

1. Create user account at conference portal (if already registered then click forget password) by login link.
2. Submit abstract for participating in the conference or submit full paper and abstract both if publication is required by Submit/View link in user account.
3. After successful submission, confirmation mail will be received on registered mail id.
4. Check status of paper through Submit/View link. Generally, 10-15 days required for reviewing of paper.
5. You will get intimation of acceptance by mail (if not received then acceptance letter can also be downloaded from user account)
6. Register for the conference by Payment & Registration link in user account. Registration Fee and Publication Fee can be made by upi payment. Scan the code and transfer the amount shown in the registration link.
7. After successful transfer the amount submit the transaction details through the portal.
8. On receipt your payment in society account, your account will be activated and you will receive the registration confirmation mail.
9. If accommodation is required then request can also be submitted through portal.
10. Conference paper will be submitted for publication in the month of Dec. 2023. It will take approx. 4-6 week for proceedings to be come online. Scopus indexing of AIP papers will take approx. 4-6 months after publication of proceedings.
11. Copyright form will be signed by author and it will be submitted directly to aip website.

Young Achiever Award

Nominations are invited for the Young Achiever Award from researchers (age below 40 years and having at least 3 years of research experience after Ph.D. degree) working in the field of condensed matter and applied physics. The nominations should be submitted by 30-Sep-2023. Candidate need to applied through user account at conference portal. Nominated candidate for YAA will eligible for travel assistance and accommodation.

Any one below the age of 40 years as on December 31, 2023 and born on or after January 1, 1984 are eligible for YAA nominations in ICC-2023. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 3 years of research experience after obtaining Ph.D. degree.
