How to participate:
- Create user account at conference portal (if already registered then click forget password) by login link.
- Submit abstract for participating in the conference or submit full paper and abstract both if publication is required by Submit/View link in user account.
- After successful submission, confirmation mail will be received on registered mail id.
- Check status of paper through Submit/View link. Generally, 10-15 days required for reviewing of paper.
- You will get intimation of acceptance by mail (if not received then acceptance letter can also be downloaded from user account)
- Register for the conference by Payment & Registration link in user account. Registration Fee and Publication Fee can be made by upi payment. Scan the code and transfer the amount shown in the registration link.
- After successful transfer the amount submit the transaction details through the portal.
- On receipt your payment in society account, your account will be activated and you will receive the registration confirmation mail.
- If accommodation is required then request can also be submitted through portal.
- Conference paper will be submitted for publication in the month of Jan 2026. It will take approx. 4-6 week for proceedings to be come online.
- Copyright form will be signed by author and it will be submitted directly to aip website.
